history: Repeatedly told that her mother argued with her father at birth about being named Mary. Daphne didn't like the meaning of the name Mary (Sea of bitterness) she named Lucy after her mother.

when Lucy was ten her mother gave biirth to a baby boy and just before Colin's 5th Birthday Daphne died in a car accident. so Lucy has been trying ever since to keep her brother from becoming a bitter violent lush like every other male in the family.

In the Present - Lucy is the first person in Collinsport to treat the Cullens with Decency and she shows them around Collinsport. She acts like she's not a debutant at all. Which makes her one of the few people in the Collins family who has genuine respect of hte people in the village.

Lucy stares at herself in the mirror after arriving at the theatre she spent most of her free time in Bangor to stay away from Collinwood. Ever Since her mother died when she was twelve her father had followed the bath of most collins men and become a drunken widow blaming the Curse for his troubles. Lucy has her brother with her because she wanted to keep him away from the darkness in the house and in the village for a while and the truth was the last year years she had been taking him with her to college when he didnlt have school so he wouldnlt wouldn;t end up amoral and corrupt

Colin looks at his sister "Lucy, as if its any surprise as with the other plays someone left an origami rose at the desk for you." he said handing it to her.

Lucy, taking the little origami rose, that meant her mystery man was in the theatre tonight. "Thank you Colin. Please wait outside. Lorelai is sick so i have to play Cinderella." she said trying not to sound annoyed. She was always the understudy thankfully the lead actress always fits in costumes she designed for herself.

She wanted to be the stepsister. The step sister had the better song in the musical.

After the Play ended Lucy had to put the costumes away and when she went to the dressig room there was note under the door. She knew who it was from because the not was written on the same Origami paper the rose was made out of. She goes into the dressing room after picking it up and changes into her street clothes. She had gotten a standing ovation and there were so many people in the audience she wished it had been easy to spot the man who sent her the paper flowers.
